"Overall, we had an excellent time on our 6-Day Saver all inclusive vacation. I was very pleased with the customer service. We absolutely loved our dinners and shows. We were not sure what to expect from them; however, we always found something that suited us and we were very pleased. Our favorite meal was undoubtedly the pool side buffets. The space was so quiet and beautiful it seemed like we were in our own little world on the patio with the live music, beautiful setting and great food. Would definitely recommend this to others! "We had an excellent time on our 6-Day All-Inclusive vacation promotion. We have only used one vacation and the staff of Ultimate Riviera Travel were nice and very pleasant to work with, very friendly and respectful. Our breakfasts were excellent at the hotel, very satisfying - we were very impressed with the food quality & quantity. Dinners were also excellent. The different foods we tried during our trip were great! We DID NOT eat traditional American food while we were visiting, we ate very local/Mexican Meals; it was a great new food experience for us. The tours were great - we loved XCARET. Our resort suite was also excellent. Very good staff! Very attentive. Not all the staff speaks super clear English, but we were looking/expecting this on our trip; that was part of the adventure. Everyone understood us, helped us & were great. Very nice resort grounds. Very clean. We are looking at booking the second part of our package this year and can recommend travelling with Ultimate Riviera Travel and the The Riu Lupita Resort."
